The new beer series, named Hea – after the Cantonese slang which means 'to idle' or 'to kill time' – launches the first product which is a CBD pale ale, and will be followed by three to four more varieties within the year. Aiming to promote balance in wellbeing, Young Master has teamed up with Altum International, the company responsible for setting up Hong Kong's first dedicated CBD boutique and cafe called Found, and the purveyors of Felix & Co, a business-to-consumer website in Hong Kong offering edible and topical CBD products including CBD oil for pets, and Life CBD, a business-to-business platform offering CBD powder and liquid to various companies.
Young Master's Hea CBD pale ale
Young Master's Hea CBD pale ale contains 60mg/L Life Pure CBD isolate and brewed for the purpose of enjoying a delicious beer while experiencing CBD's life-changing benefits. This new beer is the second beer line to come out in Hong Kong this year, with the first release coming from Oh CBD Beer last January that was well received by the local market. It seems like the local CBD trend is now moving towards a boozier experience. It is only a matter of time before we see our favourite local bars jump in on the trend to create craft cocktails with CBD. For some of our local eateries, CBD has already been popping up on the menu as an add-in ingredient in coffee, cold-pressed juices, blue majik bowls, açaí bowls, and smoothies from the likes of Elephant Grounds, Winston's Coffee, and Be Juiced.
By the end of the month, Young Master plans to launch a draft version of the beer, but for now, Hea CBD pale ale can is available at the Young Master online shop in packs of four ($160), 12 ($460), and 24 ($888). You may also find the product in Second Draft, HK Brewcraft, Bound by Hillywood, Once You Go Craft, The Bottle Shop, and Angry Beer.
